You don’t need a crisis or diagnosis to be here. You might just feel numb. Or too much. Or like something’s off and you’ve just been carrying it too long.
A lot of my clients are high capacity, exhausted, and still quietly unraveling under the surface. They’ve outgrown old survival patterns but don’t know what else to do yet.
Therapy isn’t about proving something’s wrong.
It’s where we start listening to what’s been buried.

Relational.
Somatic informed.
Attachment based.
That means we don’t just talk about your pain here. We track how it lives in your body, your relationships, your nervous system, and your sense of self.
We’ll work with patterns shaped by early experiences, long- erm stress, covert harm, attachment ruptures, spiritual abuse, and internalized roles.
Sessions might involve noticing what shuts down when you ask for something. Or tracking how quickly you disappear in relationships. Or naming that thing that’s never had words put to it before.
This work is steady, deep, and rooted in science and research.
It’s not a worksheet. It’s not a pep talk.
It’s re-building a self.

Mostly... you just get to show up.
You don’t need to have a script, a timeline, or a list of everything that’s ever happened to you. You’re allowed to say “I don’t know” or “I’m not ready to talk about that yet.”
We’ll start by getting a sense of why now, what you’re carrying, and what support would actually feel safe.
I’ll ask a few questions.
You can ask me things too.
You can tell me if it’s all just really weird and you're not sure about any of it.

This isn’t six sessions and a worksheet.
The kind of therapy I do is the long haul work of deep nervous system repair, attachment rewiring, and reclaiming parts of yourself that have been shut down for years. Maybe even decades.
We can't rush past survival patterns that took a lifetime to build. We have to slow down and stay in the real time relational work.
There’s no gold star at the end.
No “fixed” checkbox.
But there is change.
And integration.
And a self that can stay intact, even under stress, and even in relationship.
If you’re looking for real change, not just symptom relief, you need time.

Good. You shouldn’t have to trust me yet.
A lot of my clients have histories of relational harm, manipulation, or spiritual coercion by people who claimed to be safe, or helpers. Therapy can feel like just another place where you might be misread, pressured, or dismissed.
In my office, your hesitation is welcome.
We’ll go at your pace, stay connected to your nervous system, and name rupture if it shows up. You never have to override yourself to make this space work.

Good news - you don’t have to. Sometimes healing starts with the things you can’t say. We can start with a feeling, an image, or even a sense of what’s wrong without needing the exact words. Part of my job is to help you name what’s been too heavy to name alone. You'll find your words again and until then, we'll work with what we've got.

There are many wonderful generalist therapy clinics out there for life’s everyday struggles. We are not one of them. This practice was built for women carrying stories that don’t fit neatly into checkboxes: trauma that’s shaped who you are, attachment wounds that still ache, or the kind of burnout that’s woven into your bones...
As the founder of Storyspace, with over a decade of experience and thousands of clinical hours, I’ve dedicated my work to untangling these specific complexities. I don’t just bring personal and professional experience, but I also I bring relentless curiosity and the kind of training that never stops because this work demands it.
When you step into this space, you’re not getting a one size fits all approach. You’re getting a practice designed with precision, depth, and unwavering focus to meet you wherever you find yourself on the road to healing.

Storyspace is specialized because we want to ensure that the clients we work with feel deeply understood and supported in the areas where we've built the most expertise. However, you don’t have to fit into a perfect category to belong here. If something about our work resonates with you, and you feel drawn to this space, you’re welcome to reach out. Together, we can discuss your needs and determine if this feels like the right fit for you.
