$180 | 53-minute Individual Session

Clients are seen weekly or biweekly, depending on what’s needed and sustainable.

If you’re using insurance, please know:

A mental health diagnosis is required for coverage
Insurance can request information from your file including clinical notes
Insurance may place limits on session frequency or total sessions allowed
Many clients choose to skip insurance altogether to preserve privacy and full control of care

Reduced Fee Options

I hold a few reduced fee spots for women who are ready for this work, but for whom the full fee would close the door.

Frequently Asked Questions

What if my insurance stops covering in the middle of therapy?

If your insurance changes or stops covering sessions, we’ll talk. Sometimes the work can continue privately. Sometimes we may need to find a different way forward. Either way, we'll ensure you're taken care of and able to continue focusing on your healing.

Can I use my HSA or FSA to pay for therapy?

Yes, therapy is almost always an eligible expense for HSA/FSA cards if it’s medically necessary (which it is when there’s a diagnosis for insurance purposes).

What if weekly sessions aren’t sustainable for me long-term?

We can talk about adjusting the frequency if needed. But real healing asks for steadiness, not survival mode scrambling. If you need to slow down, we’ll plan it thoughtfully, not reactively. We’ll protect the work you’ve built, and we’ll protect you inside it.
